TIPS TO GET STARTED:
1. Get up and get yourself put together. I know it is tempting to stay in your PJs all day when you don't have to go out for anything, especially when it's cold out, but I'm telling you the way you look does effect your mindset and how you feel. You don't have to get all glammed up, but wash your face, comb your hair, put on your workout clothes, so they will remind you to workout, no excuses right?
2. Speak OUT LOUD, before your feet even hit the floor, positive affirmations about your day, your life, and YOURSELF. What you tell yourself over and over and over again will become your reality!
3.FORGIVE YOURSELF for F****** UP This may be the hardest one of all, but the most important one, because it effects all the others. The pictures below are an example of this I reached my goal weight and then after an injury and surgery and other excuses gained almost 75 lbs back. I've since lost 45 of those pounds thanks to the 21 Day Fix, but I was so angry with myself for gaining the weight back that I couldn't move on. I had to learn to forgive myself and realize that 1st I am a food addict in recovery forever and 2nd this weight loss thing is a journey, not a destination and one that I will be on for the rest of my life.
