How do I know that this recipe is truly awesome and I'm not just being biased because I love Shakeology®? I went to get a bar from the fridge, where I put them to cool and set up, when I spy my 10 year old grandson with a Strawberry Shakeology Bar in each hand and a mouth full of another!!! #fitfam
STRAWBERRY PROTEIN SQUARES
Ingredients:
2 cups. Old fashioned rolled oats
4 scoops. Strawberry Shakeology
1/2 cup. All-natural smooth almond butter
3/4 cup. Unsweetened almond milk
4 scoops. Strawberry Shakeology
1/2 cup. All-natural smooth almond butter
3/4 cup. Unsweetened almond milk
1. Place oats and Shakeology in a blender or food processor;cover.
2. Add Almond butter and almond milk; cover. Blend for one minute or until it forms a wet dough.
3. Placed in an 8 x 8" inch baking dish; press evenly to cover bottom of the dish. Set aside.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 8 1-inch squares.
