I'm determined this time to reach my goal weight with this 8 week program, so I opt to take the HELL WEEK CHALLENGE. Yep, the name says it all! Holy Shit Batman what was I thinking??? Not 1! Not 2! But 3 workouts! All kidding a side it was one heck of a workout and there were no complicated moves and no fancy equipment. Just lung burning, heart pumping, sweat producing, fat burning military style moves that even a chubby civilian like me could do.
